A Woman’s Inner Wisdom Surpasses All

The probing and prodding needs to stop.  Our sympathetic nervous system can not handle this amount of input.  The tests need to stop telling us: Is the level up or down? Is there something there or not? Is it a positive or negative result?  We are already hardwired for negative thoughts considering we have 68,000 thoughts a day and 90% of those are negative.  Some of my thoughts are we should stop or slow down all the testing.  Whether it’s a daily, weekly, or monthly test.  The tests drive up our anxiety and only divert us from what is actually happening inside.

Women need a Red Tent where the parasympathetic nervous system can rejuvenate. The Red Tent is synonymous with a group of people who offer support, celebration and nurture of the cherished and sacred aspects of being female.  A place to huddle under and share with good, kind, and gentle advice.  Advice that is passed down from person to person in the hopes that the information will help and be of service.

Inner voice listening (meditation)

Thoughts that are welcoming (inner positive talk)

Words that are warming  (a supportive person)

Actions that envelope you  (yoga, reiki, acupuncture, cranial-sacral therapy)
