The First Step To Getting Pregnant
Find a person in alternative medicine, specifically someone who does some type of body work. For me, it was an acupuncturist in the beginning. My acupuncturist, Angela Le, was extraordinary, in the sense that she did not just use needles at the start of my treatments. Instead, she would…….LISTEN……..to me first about what was ailing me that day. Whether it was my job, social life, family, spouse or just general angst. Together, we would work through these parts of my life that needed attention and love. After about 45 mins, she would begin to insert the needles and leave me to process my new information.
Another important aspect of my treatment was to take care of my allergic reactions to food. We worked with NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques). The techniques are a non-invasive, drug free, natural solution to alleviate allergies of all types and intensities using a blend of selective energy balancing, testing and treatment procedures from acupuncture/acupressure, allopathy, chiropractic, nutritional, and kinesiological disciplines of medicine.
Next, she introduced Chinese herbs into my daily routine. These were adjusted to work with my body and create balance. Finally, she offered other holistic methods as we talked week to week.
Without her, I would not be the person that I am today and I would not have taken the route to pregnancy that I took. And I most certainly would not have given birth at home.
My advice is “Try it and See”. I have been trained in Reiki, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, and Yoga techniques. I also have a team of practitioners that I constantly refer to for that perfect fit. Since you will be working with this person very intimately, the connection needs to be there. These forms of body work could greatly increase your chances of getting pregnant. Without them, my path would have been much longer and more difficult for me to endure.
My life’s purpose is to help others get pregnant by LISTENING first. If I can’t help you on your path, I know many others who will.
Be well! Carry on, Goddesses!
